Franklin Woodturners Club

Franklin Woodturners Club consists of a group of people who enjoy woodturning and working with wood. The main objective of the club is to promote, foster and encourage the art and craft of woodturning. Club activities include outings to other clubs for training days and demonstrations as well as visits from national and international woodturning experts. Students from Waiuku College are also encouraged to take part in practical workshops. Each year there is a display and sale of members work at the club rooms.
