We also offer critical services to help sustain tenancies for those at risk of losing their rental accommodation. By providing tailored support—ranging from advocacy with landlords to referrals for social services or well-being support. We support individuals and families stay in stable housing, promoting long-term well-being. In addition, our food security initiatives ensure that whaanau have access to essential resources, with partnerships in place to provide food parcels, work alongside the food bank, and connect people with community resources to address hunger and food insecurity.
For those facing family violence, our Whaanau Protect service supports individuals and famillies stay safe at home by offering home safety improvements and personal safety equipment, reducing the risk of further harm.
