Auckland Police say they’ve made an arrest in the investigation into a disorder incident in Mt Albert on Friday, March 27, “where a number of people were seriously injured”.
A 17-year-old male is due to appear in the Auckland Youth Court tomorrow, April 9, charged with wounding, aggravated assault, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle and being an unlicensed driver, says detective senior sergeant Anthony Darvill, the Auckland City West Police area investigations manager.
“Enquiries remain ongoing to identify others involved and hold them to account for their behaviour,” he says.
