The Tuakau District Sea Scouts are inviting the community to a fun-filled Outdoor Fair and Live Concert in Pukekawa, with all proceeds helping local Scouts attend the upcoming New Zealand Scout Jamboree.
The free Outdoor Fair runs from 12pm–3pm and will feature children’s activities, games, raffles, food stalls, workshops, and performances from local dance groups. Families are encouraged to bring the kids along and enjoy an afternoon in the countryside.
From 3pm, the event continues with a live concert headlined by acclaimed New Zealand musician Dave Alley. Known for his work as a guitarist, percussionist, singer, and songwriter, Alley is set to bring a lively atmosphere to the rural setting.
Concert tickets are $20, with free entry for under 16s. Guests are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and settle in for an afternoon of live music and community spirit.
The group is also seeking raffle donations from businesses and individuals, including products, vouchers, or cash contributions, with sponsors acknowledged before and during the event.
