A person has been hospitalised due to a crash on the Southern Motorway this morning, Hato Hone St John has now confirmed.
An ambulance crew attended the site near Otahuhu. A patient was treated and taken to Middlemore Hospital in a moderate condition.
As reported earlier, northbound lanes on the Southern Motorway near the Princes Street off-ramp were blocked following a crash between a car and a truck.
Traffic has now been cleared, police advise.
