A person has been seriously injured due to an unidentified incident in Mount Wellington.
Although police have advised that there are delays for motorists on the Mount Wellington Highway (between Te Horeta Road and Rowlands Avenue), the cause is yet to be confirmed.
The incident was reported at approximately 6.30am this morning.
Motorists have been asked to take alternative routes or expect delays.
